SmartGolfer Network

Introduction
One benefit of being a member at Harwich & Dovercourt Golf Club is that you have the opportunity to play at other local courses too. The Club is part of the SmartGolfer Network so you can enjoy Free Golf at various locations around the region.

Arrangement
Each Club in the network makes available 2 tee times per day, Monday to Friday, as being available to other SmartGolfer Network Club Members. Some weekend golf may be available as well, subject to availability. So, members can plan a day out; there are some great courses in the area available to visit. The contact details for the courses available to play are shown below in the attachment. The Network is very much a reciprocal arrangement such that other Clubs who have joined the network are very welcome when they visit us. Please extend to such visitors the kind of welcome we would expect when we visit their courses.

Booking Procedure
Members wishing to visit a SmartGolfer Network Club should contact the club they wish to visit via the details supplied on the SmartGolfer Network Club poster and check availability for the date and time they would like to play.
When this has been done, please then contact the H&DGC Office to advise all the details of the booking, requesting an email to be sent to the host club to confirm that all players are members of H&DGC.
It is the Players responsibility to ensure that the available Date and Tee Time with the host club’s acceptance of the booking made under the SmartGolfer Network Club arrangement regarding free golf is accepted. You will be unable to play without obtaining a confirmation email from H&DGC validating your membership in support of your booking.
